This is an entry level course in
electrical and electronic theory and practice for the technician student. Basic
concepts of ac and dc circuits are explored. This course provides the student
with the skills necessary to use meters, oscilloscopes and other measuring
instruments. Semiconductor principles, diodes and rectifier circuits are
introduced with an emphasis on practical troubleshooting and diagnostic
principles.
