The Electronic Micro Car Project

This semester the club is hosting a remote control car competition, where they are building, from the ground up, vehicles that fits in the palm of your hand. They will eventually interface their little robots wirelessly using a microcontroller to compete on a fixed course.

Rules:
  • 1) Chassis provided with two motors, gear box, caster wheel, and two rubber wheels.
  • Four AA battery, 6V maximum for motor power
  • Additional modifications open to imagination
  • Motor driver PCB (H-Bridge) provided by club. (Two per vehicle)
  • Dual PWM Signal Generator PCB provided by club. (One per vehicle)
